RunCoach — Privacy Policy

RunCoach does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data with us. There is no EB Technologies server and no account.

• No data collection. RunCoach gathers no personal information, no usage analytics, and no diagnostics for us. There are no advertising or tracking technologies in the app.
• Health is the record. Finished runs — the workout, distance, calories, and GPS route — are written to Apple Health on your device. The history you see is read back from Health. We never receive a copy.
• Location while you run. RunCoach uses your location during an active run to trace the route and measure distance and pace. Location is not used after you stop, and it is not sent to us.
• Settings stay on the phone. Preferences such as units, auto-pause, audio cues, and a goal live in the app’s own storage on the device. A photo you pick for a share card is copied into the app container and never uploaded.
• Spoken cues and the Lock Screen stay local. Audio announcements are spoken on the device. The Lock Screen / Dynamic Island live activity is shown by the system on the same phone.
• Purchases go through Apple. RunCoach Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple’s StoreKit. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details. Entitlement is read from Apple’s on-device records.
• Share cards leave only if you send them. Exporting a card uses the system share sheet. Where that image goes — Photos, Messages, nowhere — is your choice. The app uploads nothing.
• No accounts, no identifiers of ours. There is no sign-in and no email capture. RunCoach does not use the advertising identifier and does not track you across apps or websites.

Because we collect no data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf. Workouts in Health are yours to manage in the Health app. Deleting RunCoach removes its local settings and any stored card photo; Health data remains until you delete it there.

Children. RunCoach collects no data from anyone, of any age.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
